Terms of use of LEAVE

1. General Information 

The use of LEAVE is subject to the following terms and conditions. Please read these  carefully before using the app. By using the app, you agree to these terms. 

2. Privacy 

We respect your privacy and handle your personal data in accordance with our privacy  policy. Please read our privacy policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your  data. 

3. App Usage 

• You commit to not using the app for illegal or inappropriate activities. 

• You are responsible for the security of your account and access credentials. 

• You agree that all content uploaded by you can be viewed by other app users. 

• You cannot restrict your published travels to specific users.

• Other users can be blocked. Blocked users will not be informed that they have been blocked. Blocked users can no longer see your profile and your travels and can no longer follow you.

4. Content 

• You are solely responsible for the content you create or upload in the app. 

• We reserve the right to remove content that violates our guidelines. 

• Uploading or sharing offensive, pornographic, violent, or otherwise objectionable images is  strictly prohibited. 

• Cost details provided in the app must be accurate and transparent. 

5. Disclaimer 

• We do not assume liability for losses or damages arising from app usage. 

• The app is provided “as is” and “as available.” 

6. Changes to Terms 

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. You will be notified  of changes via email or within the app.
